According to our philosophy "Think global, act local", our organisation consists of locally run profit centres and centralised group-wide functions. The first contact for our business customers therefore is always the next depot close by.

Parcel logistics and information technology are like twins: doing the one without the other would likely fail. Therefore, providing modern and performant information technology and tools to our contract customers is a key priority for us: With Your GLS we provide our business customers and parcelshop owners a variety of sophisticated functionalities to handle their parcel dispatch fast, reliably and efficiently.

For private customers as well as for smaller commercial customers with only sporadic dispatch needs, we offer the possibility to work with us via the GLS Parcel Shop
