GLS is responsible for "own contents", which are provided for usage according to statutory provisions. Cross-references ("links") to contents held by providers other than GLS must be distinguished from GLS’ own contents. GLS provides "external contents" by using cross-references which are marked accordingly.

The "links" are "living" (dynamic) references.
