ParcelShop online application

To apply as ParcelShop owner please fill in completely the online application form and click OK. All yellow marked fields are “obligatory fields” that have to be filled in in either case.

After receipt of your application the responsible GLS employee will contact you as soon as possible.

Address

Please enter your complete name, address and phone number. If possible also enter your e-mail and web address, so that we can contact you most easily.

Opening hours

Please indicate whether your shop is opened at least from Monday to Friday.

Please insert begin and end of your opening hours and of the lunch break, if applicable. With the button “Adopt opening hours” you can copy the times that you have already entered to the other days.

Under the item “Annual closing” you enter the date of the annual closing of your business, if applicable.

Accessibility

Please indicate if there are parking possibilities right in front of your shop or not. I addition please choose from the list the distance to the next parking area.

Please specify if there are parking possibilities exempt from charges.

Choose from the list the distance to the next public transport station.

Please insert whether permanent approach to your shop by car is possible or not. If this is not possible, please enter the time when the approach by car is possible.

Size

Please enter the size of your complete shop space in square metres.

Insert the amount of space which is available for the storage of ParcelShop parcels.

Location

Please choose where your shop is located, e.g. in the city centre.

Determine the type of street your shop is located at, e.g. at a main street.

Please indicate the distance to the next centre (e.g. pedestrians’ area) in metres.

IT equipment

Please indicate whether a computer, a printer and an internet access are available in your shop, which could also be used for operating the GLS ParcelShop.

Others

Insert the distance in metres to the next parcel shipping point and choose the kind of shipping point, e.g. post office.
